      Improve cultural awareness: A wide range of cultures in the workplace allows companies to deal with different nuances of the global market. For example, if a company does business with China, having an employee who can speak Mandarin is an asset and can lead to better working relationships.

      Positive Reputation: Companies with diverse workplaces are generally considered better employers. Future employees want an employer that accepts and tolerates all backgrounds and treats their employees fairly.

      Increased marketing opportunities: If employees or potential customers see that a company represents a diverse workplace, it gives them the impression that they are more likely to contact the company. The use of ads depicting adults, of varying abilities, or of ethnic diversity will encourage applicants to apply, enhance a positive reputation, increase market awareness, and generate traffic.
