Talent Acquisition Transformation
Talent acquisition means the process to recruit, trach and interview job candidates and onboarding and train them. It is basic HRM function. Due to the digitalization and transformation of business process, the talent acquisition process has transformed.

Hi Chenaka ,well understand ,The unity of activities is necessary for the existence and development of an organisation. It is difficult to achieve consistency due to the different ways in which employees perform the same task. The education, experience, and skills of employees determine their own style, and differences in their styles cause differences in process performance. If the methods used by process owners to perform their own tasks could be well documented, a company would be able to standardize its operating processes to the best of their ability. . And, when employees follow these processes, variations are minimised and the highest quality products or services are provided to customers.

First of all, there is a huge amount of time that employers spend on manual tasks. Usually, these tasks require a lot of effort and are less profitable when reserved for qualified candidates. Second, there is a perception that the recruiting industry is changing rapidly.
